Now, with its world premiere in the bag, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the sequel to the 2015, Colin Trevorrow-directed blockbuster, is eyeing a $130M-$150M debut domestically.

Just like the characters in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom teeter on the brink of disaster for much of the movie, so too is the film itself on the precipice of something that it would rather not face. From all the fallout, the dinosaurs are now going to co-habit within close vicinity of the human race in a more naturally-based dynamic free from captivity from their time when Jurassic World was functioning. The Jurassic franchise may take breaks for a few years, but we'll probably see many more of these films. Jurassic World grossed over $1 billion internationally alone.

Along the way, they'll face frightening new breeds of dinos and uncover a mysterious conspiracy theory that could prove destructive to the entire planet.
