Aquaman, also known as Arthur Curry, was born to a human Tom Curry (Temuera Morrison) and Atlanna, the queen of Atlantis (Nicole Kidman).

We've seen plenty of movies about Batman. In answer, Sandberg said that Black Adam was being saved "mostly for another tale", but he did play it slightly coy, engaging in evasive maneuvers that ended with him saying "There are a lot of Easter eggs and references and things like that in this movie". In the wake of Justice League's underperformance, the behind-the-scenes shake-up at DC Films, and the upcoming launch of non-DCEU standalone movies, it had been rumoured that Warner Bros. would take the opportunity to "rebrand" its cinematic universe at the San Diego Comic-Con yesterday. The origin story shows how a bullied 14-year-old kid becomes the superhero (and a fully-grown man) after a fateful ride on the subway. Featuring Zachary Levi as the transformed version of Billy Batson, check out the Shazam trailer in the player below! The movie is taking aim at a November 2019 release. It should be safe to say that this will be unlike any other DC movie we have seen released.

She continued, "It's amusing, I grew up in the '80s, there are lots of things set in the '80s right now, but, this is its entirely own '80s movie, actually, with a very different look and feel and its own thing".
