Roxanne and Ryan seemed to patch things up the day before she chose to leave.
Exactly one week after Rodrigo Alves was removed from "Celebrity Big Brother" following controversy surrounding racist remarks, "Emmerdale" actor Roxanne Pallett has left the reality TV show.
Roxanne Pallett has reunited with her fiance and her family after leaving the Celebrity Big Brother house, her representative said.
The official statement said: "Roxanne has made a decision to leave the BB House. The remaining housemates have been informed".
The incident allegedly took place in the kitchen of the Big Brother house.
Thomas, 34, said there was no "malice" in his actions, with some viewers arguing that the incident was only play-fighting.
He said: "I want you to know from the bottom of my heart I was showing my affection. He actually punched me like a boxer would punch a bag".More news: Hurricane death toll 3000
Roxanne - clearly taken aback at hearing the chant, said: "I loved my chant outside". "I promise you, you've got it wrong and I apologise if it has come across that way".
Looking emotional, the star said: "I'm just a little bit in shock".
In the footage, evicted housemate Ben Jardine - who enjoyed a close relationship with Roxanne during his time in the house - asked Ryan for his side of the story regarding the punching incident.
She said: "Ouch that hurt, I was going to wash your clothes but I might shrink them now".
Lucy wrote to her 1.57million Twitter followers: "I don't think she is mentally fit to be in the house".
Ryan said: "And then the ring's hit there [gesturing at his ribs] and she goes 'ah that hurt'".
The next episode of Celebrity Big Brother will air on Virgin Media Two / Channel at 10pm on Saturday 1 September.
