Her latest, "7 Rings", includes a surprising/creepy sample of The Sound of Music classic "My Favorite Things", but with a hip-hop beat and a noticeable absence of raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens.

Taking to Instagram, the 26-year-old called out Ari for dropping a hit that sounds extremely similar to her own track. Will you be seeing Ariana on her Sweetener world tour?

In an interview with Billboard, Ariana Grande said she wanted to "put out music in the way that a rapper does" - meaning, releasing songs without any of the constraints that pop stars like her are beholden to.

The lyrics of "7 Rings" also have reference to her breakups just like "Thank U, Next". "Hmmmm... sounds about white".

"Ain't that the lil' song I made about brown women and their hair? Hmm..." They got us very tipsy, so we bought seven engagement rings, and when I got back to the studio I gave everybody a friendship ring.

Nokia wrote the song about the relationship women of colour have with their hair. She continues, "Wearing a ring but not 'cause I'm no Mrs./Bought matching diamonds for six of my bitches/I'd rather spoil my friends with my riches".

Princess Nokia has also retweeted a tweet that suggested Grande "plagiarizes flows, words, bars from Nokia" on her forthcoming album "Thank You, Next".
