Game of Thrones showrunners drop Shocking details about Top-Secret Finale

There's her sis, Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) having a geez at Daenerys Targaryen's (Emilia Clarke) dragons as they flap over Winterfell.

Jon's poster however has a shocking resemblance to Ned Stark's poster during season one.

The "Game of Thrones" Season 8 trailer finally arrived on Tuesday, teasing the final battle for Westeros and the Iron Throne. The first scene in the trailer depicts our Stark assassin petrified and seemingly trying to hold her breath, as if she's being hunted by something - and this scene would imply that it's now hot on her heels.

This season is going to play out a little differently than those in the past, opting for six 90-minute installments instead of the eight hour-long episodes.

HBO has a huge year ahead, with the end of Game of Thrones ushering in a new era for the cable network.

Who'd've thought we'd come to a place where this is what we had to look forward to with TV.

HBO released the first full-length trailer for the highly-anticipated Season 8. Will the Night King succeed in adding every last denizen of the Seven Kingdoms to his army of the dead, or will Jon Snow reduce him to nothing but blood and ice cubes?

Clearly unsure if victory is even a possibility against the undead army, Jon says: "They're coming".

Under tighter lock and key than Donald Trump's tax returns, the six-episode conclusion of the series executive produced by David Benioff and D.B. Weiss is "spectacular" and "satisfying", according to HBO programming boss Casey Bloys.

This is it. We're just about a month away.

"The last season of Thrones seemed to be created to break us".

The trailer then cuts to shots of several of the show's many characters, including Jaime, Samwell, and Cersei, while Bran (aka "The Three-Eyed Raven") says in a voiceover "Everything you did brought you where you are now". It doesn't reveal much that we don't already know, but it takes that bar of excitement to another level entirely.
