Olivia Jade Giannulli has been slammed ever since her parents were charged Tuesday for paying $500,000 to get her and her 20-year-old sister Isabella into the University of Southern California.

Crown Media Family Networks, which owns Hallmark, said Wednesday that they were "monitoring developments as they arise" in Loughlin's case, but amid a push from fans troubled by Loughlin's negative impact on the channel's wholesome brand, the company made the decision Thursday to cut ties with the actress. "They are both so anxious about their parents and the repercussions".

Since 2013, Loughlin has starred as Jennifer Shannon in 15 Garage Sale Mysteries movies.

Olivia Jade Giannulli, Lori Loughlin and Isabella Rose Giannulli attend The Women's Cancer Research Fund's An Unforgettable Evening Benefit Gala at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel on February 28, 2019 in Beverly Hills, California.

In a YouTube video published in August 2018, the social media influencer told her almost 2 million subscribers that she wanted to attend college for the full experience of "game days" and "partying".

This story was first published on CNN.com, "What we know so far in the college admissions cheating scandal". The move follows the news earlier this week of the involvement of Gianulli's parents, actress Lori Loughlin and fashion designer Mossimo Gianulli, in a massive college admissions bribery scandal. She later apologized to her almost 2 million subscribers.

Loughlin, who appeared on "Full House", was released on $1 million bond on March 13. "You can study theater [and] whatever you need to also at school.' I think I've shown her and presented all the pitfalls that there might be". Huffman is reportedly police custody, according to a report by New York Daily News. She faces charges of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest-services mail fraud, according to a criminal complaint.

And it's likely that her downfall won't end there as she was earning somewhere around $50,000 per sponsored social media post and since she's now limiting access to her Insta, her other current deals and future ones may choose to stay away from her to avoid damaging their brand.

The sketches are already memes, including "Keep calm and Lori on", commentary on how unruffled Loughlin looks with her specs and cold stare, and "Choose your fighter". This, though neither child had participated in the sport.

The scam is said to have involved faking Olivia's sporting records to make it seem like she was part of a school rowing crew.

Felicity Huffman ("Desperate Housewives", "American Crime") was among the other prominent parents, including a lawyer, doctor and a venture capitalist, indicted in the scam.
