Samsung may have just released its new Galaxy S10 flagship but now there's another new device hitting stores called the Galaxy A80.

Speaking about the phones, said DJ Koh President and CEO of IT & Mobile Communications Division, Samsung Electronics said: "Consumers are at the center of everything we do and they search for devices personalized to their specific lifestyle".

We will have more on the Samsung Galaxy A80 in our full review closer to the India launch of the smartphone. The headline A80 features an nearly bezel-less display with a rotating rear camera that can also be used for selfies, while the A70 sports a boring-by-comparison waterdrop notch.

The phone has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 1,080 x 2,400-pixel resolution.

Samsung's triple camera array consists of a 48-megapixel primary shooter with f/2.0 aperture, an ultra-wide (123 degrees) 8-megapixel lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 3D depth camera.

The New Infinity Display design is Samsung's way of saying the display doesn't have any notch.

The Galaxy A90 smartphone from Samsung is in all likelihood being announced on 10 April at an event along with perhaps the Galaxy A40 as well. As far as hierarchy, the Galaxy A80 sits right at the top of the current crop of Galaxy A smartphones, and it also comes with a fancy new motorised camera module.

With regard to the star attraction of this smartphone, the auto-rotating camera and slider design, Samsung says it was inspired by the "Era of Live" an evolution from the "Era of the Selfie". For cameras, it's got a 32MP main, 5MP depth, and 8MP ultra wide on the back, plus a 32MP selfie cam. When it comes to the battery, the A80 has a 3,700 mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging. That panel is backed by a generous 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, along with a respectably-sized 3,700-mAh battery. The A70 sports a waterdrop notch with a 6.7-inch display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. On front, the Galaxy M30 has a 16-MP camera along with f/2.0 lens. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor is able to deliver a smooth experience. Samsung's OneUi and Android Pie will power this device, so you get the best of both Samsung and Google.

The Samsung Galaxy A80 will become available in Phantom Black, Angel Gold with pink reflections, Ghost white with blue reflections. Here are our first impressions of the Galaxy A80.
